Even my partner who doesn’t enjoy cauliflower usually said it was very good. Flavor is off the charts. I made this with a thai curry paste that was neither green nor red ;-) and probably too spicy – I mixed in an avocado and some more water to make it milder and I used cashew cream instead of tahini because I don’t like sesame. We opted for a quick sauté in a cast-iron before finishing in the oven to continue cooking the burgers through. Next time make sure to completely cool your quinoa, blend the chickpeas really well, and make sure your potatoes are well mashed. We don’t have any plans to do so at the moment, sorry!
